The aim of our company is to provide You with a viewable location of a cell phone, which would be available via GSmesh or CellAgent programs. Moreover, we can offer You an ability to collect additional information from the monitored cell phone, specifically, the incoming/outgoing SMS – messages and call history. We can not provide You with a confidential information of other users, we can not turn your phone into an eavesdropping device and get access to your personal information. You remain in total control of your cell phone. The full potential of the cell phones is not yet covered, and we hope to provide you with a lot of useful services based on knowing a person’s location. Currently, we offer software for cell phones, which based on Symbian and Windows Mobile platforms. Users, who prefer cell phones operating on Android and iOS platforms, and are interested in programs for their cell phones, can use Feedback to send a request for such programs to be developed. We would also be glad to know your opinion about our products, and hear your constructive criticism. GSmeshGSmesh is a cell phone application, which allows You to see the user’s current location with the ability to store and display its movement history (tracks). Two methods can be used to define the location: an integrated GPS – receiver, or the data about the base station, if the cell phone is located in its coverage area. Additionally, the program allows you: - To see your friend’s location and send them Unlimited number of messages;
- To meet and communicate with other users;
- To look through advertisements and objects’ location, displayed on the city/area map.
How it worksMobile Operators have many base stations all around the City, and each one of them has its own unique number. All the GSmesh has to do, is to collect the base stations’ numbers, and find out, which of them are connected between each other. After collecting a certain amount of data on base stations, the program can form a network, which displays base stations’ locations in relevance to each other. Then, this network is combined with a city/area map, which makes it possible to determine a cell phone’ location, based on the base station’s number and coverage. The accuracy of the location determination is defined by the density of GSM stations, and can vary from 100 meters in the city, to 5 km outside the city. Practice shows, that for some tasks, (like finding your friends’ location, nearest objects search) such accuracy is acceptable. Moreover, the accuracy can be raised via GPS – receiver, or integrated GPS – receiver, in which case the accuracy of location determination will be +/- 5 meters.
